Who we are

This site is run by Randolph & Co. Jewelers LLC d/b/a Firecast Rings ("we", "us"), a jewelry studio in Bolivar, Missouri.

What we collect

When you book a class we collect your name, email address, phone number, party size, and any notes you choose to add. When you send an inquiry we collect the details you put in the form.

We record the time you confirmed our booking policies.

How we use it

We use your information to manage your booking, send confirmations and reminders, answer your questions, and run the studio. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Deposits are processed by Shopify Payments. Your card details go directly to Shopify and are never stored on our servers.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site: hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, bot protection, and error monitoring. They process data only to provide those services.

Retention

We keep booking records for three years, then anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by contacting the studio.
