Terms of Service

Who you are booking with

Classes are provided by Randolph & Co. Jewelers LLC d/b/a Firecast Rings ("we", "us"). By booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings and deposits

A deposit holds your seat. The deposit is non-refundable once paid, but it is transferable: you may move your booking to another open session of the same class at no charge. The workshop itself is priced by the weight of your finished piece, plus material and gemstone costs, which are paid at the studio. The deposit does not go toward that purchase.

Cancelling and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule using the manage link in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before your session. Inside that window your booking cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

If you do not attend, the booking is recorded as a no-show and the $15 no-show fee applies. Your booking fee is a separate, non-refundable seat fee and is not credited toward it.

If we cancel

If we cancel a session, we will notify you and refund your deposit.

Arriving on time

Please arrive about 10 minutes early. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean you miss important instructions and may not be seated.

Handmade results

Workshops are hands-on and you do most of the work yourself. Handmade pieces carry natural character and imperfections, which are part of the result.

Safety

Classes use tools, heat, and molten metal. You agree to follow staff instructions. Closed-toe shoes and no loose sleeves are required.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies.
